Happy Year of the Dragon! Welcome to Tobacco Free Portfolios’ refreshed newsletter format – the first for 2024 – we hope your year has been off to a terrific start. Our small but mighty team has hit the ground running. Rebecca enjoyed catching up with our colleagues in sustainable finance at the IFRS Symposium in New York recently. Tobacco Free Portfolios has joined the Council of Institutional Investors and Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, and we look forward to meeting many of you at the upcoming conferences in Washington, DC and New York. On the other side of the globe, Bronwyn looks forward to mixing with global movers and shakers at the first Australian Global Citizen Summit in Melbourne this week, the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors Conference next week, the RIAA Conference in Sydney and the World Health Assembly in Geneva, both in May.
