Tobacco Free Portfolios was proud to host an exclusive rooftop event to celebrate World No Tobacco Day in London. We welcomed a host of finance leaders who joined us to discuss the benefits of tobacco-free finance. Back in the USA, our US Director – Rebecca Brown – was invited to give a keynote speech at the inaugural ClimaTech conference in Boston, highlighting the importance of tobacco-free finance in achieving Net Zero ambitions. Rebecca also participated on a panel at the Pensions & Investments Sustainable Returns conference in Chicago. Tobacco continues to be the one industry which is most disliked by both sides of the political aisle, and we continue to find allies in finance who believe tobacco exclusions makes good financial sense.
